Dispatching:
At Real Pop Mania, we do our best to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days, except during special periods when dispatching may take a little longer.
Orders placed late June and during the Summer may be delayed.
Standard Delivery:
For standard delivery, orders are typically delivered within 8-12 business days, on average. However, delivery times may vary depending on the local carrier in the customer's region. Please note that the expected delivery time is only applicable for in-stock products. Pre-order products will be shipped as soon as they arrive in stock and will be delivered within the expected delivery time.
Express Delivery:
For express delivery, orders are typically delivered within 6-10 business days, on average. However, delivery times may vary depending on the local carrier in the customer's region.
Tracking:
All of our orders are fully trackable. After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check the tracking details on your order page.
Shipping to North America (U.S. and Canada):
We can ship most of our products to North America, but some products may be restricted by our manufacturer. If you are interested in ordering a product that may be restricted, please contact us to check if it can be shipped to you. If we are not contacted, we may ship restricted products as soon as the restriction is lifted.
Restricted Shipping:
Be advised that if you purchase a product subject to shipping restrictions in your country, the item cannot be shipped until the manufacturer's limitations are removed. This may result in a waiting period ranging from weeks to months.
Orders containing products with shipping restrictions are refundable, but we will gladly exchange them for any other product(s) of equivalent value upon your request.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details and our terms of service before placing an order to guarantee a smooth transaction.
Order containing both in stock and pre order products:
If you order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the in-stock products will be shipped first and the pre-order products will be shipped separately at their release date. Pre-order products are marked as shipped when they are deposited at the transporter warehouse. When the product is actually shipped, you will receive a tracking number automatically.
Specials Periods:
Please be aware that purchasing a Convention Exclusive item or during a special period may result in a delay of up to 8-10 business days in dispatching your order due to the high volume of orders we receive during these times.
International Orders:
We ship from Australia and use Australia Post as the first transporter and then your national post to deliver the package. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be payable. Taxes can not be calculated at checkout. Please check with your local postal service for full details on thresholds.
